another through a series of books. 


Each book is designated as LINE -
not Volume, Edition, or issue. This is not
cultural documentation. 


This is infrastructure creating conditions 
for peer-to-peer recognition through 
shared enquiry applied across all cities, 
enabling values-based belonging beyond 
geography. 


LINE ( 069/FRA ) presents Frankfurt + 
RheinMain as one node within a 
non-hierarchical global network. 
It follows Cape Town LINE ( 021/CPT ) 
and precedes future LINEs. Not elevated.
Not diminished. Just one among many, 
generating charge and transmitting it 
through the network.
